They can be repaired but they use a machine to scrape off a layer of alloy off the whole face. So whether you have one scuff or a dozen it'll cost the same. Many garages have those machines now. Quick way for them to make money, all automated.
I've got the same wheel and like you when my wife made the first scuff I thought about getting it fixed. Then she scuffed a second wheel, then went back to scuffing the first wheel when she got bored with the first. So I'd say, if you or another driver is likely to continue scuffing the wheels, then just leave it 😬. When you get a second and third scuff you'll be glad you didn't pay to do it the first time.
Now, if you're one to worry about water getting into the broken lacquer finish and causing it to peel then you can get some lacquer to seal the edges of the scuff. I did that for the first 2 or 3 but gave up after that.
