not worth it as it doesn't last , it's a nice earner for dealers.
Personally I am disappointed, and even questioned the dealer if they had actually applied the treatment! The dealer also failed to supply the maintenance kit of Autoglym products until I chased them - which also raised suspicions. Then to cap it all I had to chase the dealer in order to receive the Lifeshine Guarantee, which comes from Autoglym directly. In hindsight I would take the vehicle directly to a specialist detailing valet. I'm still suspicious my dealer just took me for a ride on this.
None of these dealer offered paint protection packages are worth the money. If you want a simple and cost effetive paint protection, put on a couple of coats of Sonax PNS (£14 from amazon) when you first get your car after a good clean. Good thing with it, you can put it on the plastic parts too. Has no residue and goes on a bit like Mr Sheen. Spray on, wipe off. If you top up with Sonax BSD every few washes, then it will last for a long time. I normally get 2years out of it, with regular use of BSD, before I see a noticeable deterioration of water beading.
