I would like to know if anyone has experience with a dealer doing many scratches after a repair. I pointed this to the service person, they will contact the manager to see what can be done. Does anyone have experience in how to manage that issue? Obviously, since the car might get repaired and serviced there again so I want to be firm but don’t want to damage the relationship.

They are the white lines in the red squares. Anyway, the dealer admitted liability by email and they will sort it out in their Bodyshop. It's so annoying that they didn't bother to use plastic tooling. It was the 2nd time that I brought it there since last time, they didn't bother to secure the bolt and the bottom so it was acting as a spacer. Shocking customer service. Anyway, most companies are crap even if you pay good money.
