Hi guys,
I've got a 2020 Tarraco Xcellence 2.0 TDI 150 DSG, I recently installed a race chip for extra torque and power.

It's been nearly 2 months with it and nearly 1000 miles. Today an engine light came on and I've got a feeling it might be to do with the chip.
Car is on just over 2000 miles.
No lack of performance, strange noises and no decrease in MPG either.

Any suggestions?

Unplug the race chip and see if it goes. If not get it booked into Seat, if you do, i would definately remove it before it goes in though.

An engine light can be a million things.

Also becareful with tuning boxes, as vag odis machines can now detect tuning boxes as well as remaps. This will void your warranty on your engine, gearbox, drivetrain etc.

Or if you have a code reader you can plug in and get the fault code.
Google will tell you the code for your car

Hi guys, I disabled the chip and put it on 'map 0' which is effectively stock power and a few hours later the engine light has gone off thus confirming my suspicions.
