How do I go about replacing and what cost? I see used keys on eBay but have no idea what's required as would obviously need reprogrammed.

How do I go about replacing and what cost? I see used keys on eBay but have no idea what's required as would obviously need reprogrammed.

Anything between £150 and £200. I lost my Mondeo key and it set me back £187, it was painful, I can't imagine SEAT is going to be any cheaper.

The key is not the problem, it is the reprogramming that costs so might as well take the hit and go to the stealers straightaway.

280 the key to come from Spain, and another 50 euros for programming both new and old key! Do the maths!

And that's because I lost my second key to be honest somewhere in the house and had no time to search entire building so.....i'm from the UNlucky ones!
