Has anyone got any experiences of the cheap compatible mudflaps vs the oem ones? I'm considering buying some but i'll go the genuine route if they're much better. Also, i've heard you need to take the wheel off to fit the rear ones, is this correct?

I have OEM mudflaps which were fitted by the dealer prior to delivery. I just happened to be visiting while pre delivery prep was being done and saw the technician fitting the rear flaps....the car was up on a lift and the rear wheels were in place. Can't imagine why they would need to be removed.

They're not expensive. I got it fitted by the dealer before pick up - didn't want to do a crap job myself on a new car.
