Enables sport dashboard (presumably available in FR variant?) like on 3rd photo in this post:

https://www.tarracoforums.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=11&t=138&start=20#p1596

Note:
I found what to change on other forums / information board and I used some my knowledge about Ateca followed by some info about Golf and other cars from VAG group.
It worked on my Tarraco but I cannot guarantee it will work on every car.
If you are not familiar with such types of modifications - don't do it.
You are doing it at your own risk - I'm not responsible for any faults, damages, loss etc.

Prerequisites:
  • OBDeleven (of course  )

Procedure:
  1. Always make backups
  2. [OBDeleven] Select "Dash Board" (module 17)
  3. find Adaptation: Sport, change to Display
  4. press and hold green tick mark

It should be available as another screen available under View button on steering wheel.

Just did this. Wasn't sure where the sport option was but found it in Adaptations. So wicked and thanks pch! What is the bottom left/right percentage and temperature?
Thanks for info about adaptations. I forgot to include that to instructions.

I presume left is throttle/acceleration, right - oil temperature.
The same values should be available in live data dashboard under correct titles.

Off road is on the main infotainment screen, that should be there as standard as well. If you press the car view and press view there will be a drop down which shows off road, shows stuff like altimeter compass etc
