Yes it should. Have you seen the info at page 111 of the manual? My previous Arona and Leon had a near identical procedure and both started warning several weeks in advance of a service.

I am going to change the oil at 6K miles, but yes ti will tell you when an oil change is due and when the inspection service is due, it's in an menu in the infotainment screen, the Tarraco is on longlife service interval.

If you do lots of miles on the motorway then you do it every 20k miles or two years but if you do fewer miles and shorter journeys then every 10k or 12 months whichever comes first.
There are sensors in the car and it will tell you
