Port wise, it will depend on where the dealer is. Midlands and the north will be Grimsby and Tyne. For the south it'll be Sheerness. Ship wise, it'll be on of the Kess line ships, Europe group. These are smaller carriers with capacity's up to 1800 vehicles. Normally these will have the prefix of 'Highway'. Your best bet will be to contact Seat custom service with your 8 digit SLI number whenever you see a ship thats set to sail for you port. They'll be able to tell you whether your Tarraco is on it or not. You can then track it across the North Sea using one of the ship tracking websites. I've used marinetraffic.com.
