Botched firmware update, it happens, take it back to the stealers.

They can not install the software again by flash disk because the screen not work more than 8 seconds

That's a fob off, all dealer updates are done via VAG-Com.
If they can't do it then reject the car.

Again, more stealer nonsense, all the modules can be reverted to factory via VAG-COM, you can do the same as well via OBD11/VCDS.
