Just bought a Sep 2019 Approved Used Tarraco (SE Tech 1.5 Manual) and it was a right PITA finding all the various OBD11 mods so decided to collect all tried and tested adaptations applicable to my vehicle in one place for all interested parties to find.

I am using an OBDEleven NexGen Device with Pro Licence and Carista OBD2 Device with Pro Sub.

Needless to say but I will: take backups, always.

Great to have everything in one list. Mine is a 2020, built during Jan/Feb delivered on March 1st. The above list all work on mine. However, not sure about the needle sweep, what do you actually see as ours is a Digital Dash, does it still sweep the needles like analogue dials?

Mods won't work on MY20+ with SFD, you were right at the cusp as the SFD enabled ones were built/delivered post Apr 2020 if I am not mistaken.

Re needle sweep, when in the Standard Dial View it should do a virtual sweep.

If I pay a dealer can he turn all of these on!?
Unlikely, the dealer I picked mine up from had no idea about anything (other than trying to sell me gap insurance).

Send me a PM if you are in/close to the West Midlands. I am an IT Consultant travelling a lot so maybe we can arrange something.

However, needle sweep, nothing happened.
Strange, do the internal dials virtually sweep?
Nope.
Expected behaviour in Standad Dial View is this: Internal dial lines sweep and revert and then external (speed and RPM) dial "needles" sweep and return.

I don't remember doing any more coding with this, will look in my notes. If I can't replicate I will remove from the list.

I tried starting the car in all the different views and didn't see any sweeping of anything.

I'm happy enough that the stupid lane assist code works.

Have you got it working in yours? Or have you just listed all the codings available?

Added a few more that I tested again today, namely:

  • Scandinavian DRLs

  • DRLs off in Auto position (with ignition Off)
  • Allow Open/Close Windows with Ignition Off
  • Brake LIghts On with Boot Open
  • Tailgate (Middle) Brake LIght On with Boot Open

CH/LH with DRLs only is proving trickier than I thought but I am getting there.

Great work! What everyone really wants is the tailgate button in the door to be able to shut the tailgate.

You'll be a hero if you can work that out!
This is a safety restriction for the 7-seat variants that can only be overriden if you replace the 7-seat dataset (or the module) with the 5-seat one which I am loathe to do. As such the options are not available via OBD11 (or VCDS for that matter).

The scenario being that there are no pressure sensors in the tailgate (as in the passenger windows) and the gap is within easy reach of the third row seats which can cause harm.

Any members that may have some input into the below, feel free to chip in, I am also attaching a LIghting function reference. As you can see I am telling the Low/Main Beam to MInimise and both DRL channels to Maximise with maximum brightness (127) when CH/LH is active and yet the bloody thing isn't working. What am I missing? Answers on a postcard please.

I have read that too but I thought with your extensive playing around with the OBD11 you may have come accross a code. There is also another way to activate Tailgate close from the door switch using VCP (Vag Com Pro) but it involves re-flashing the module. Not something for the faint of heart!
