Do I need headlamp deflectors or is there a way to change the lights? for travel in France. I have Tarraco SE 190 diesel

In the manual it states no as the way the led are set up.

On my old Kodiaq the lights would change automatically when the sat nav picked up French map. Haven't been abroad with the Tarraco yet so will take a look in the manual later.
