Looks like there is finally a way to activate VIM in the Tarraco.

And yes, I will keep you all informed if it works!

VIM won't work for the Tarraco. Our unit in the UK is equivalent to the VW Discover Media, which in turn is MIB 2. The VIM patch will only work the the Discover Pro (MIB 2 high).

I think the MIB2 High in a Tarraco will be for those who have integrated HDD.
